This event is an enchanting mixture of a Cultural Exposition, Cultural Performances, Arts Exhibit, and interactive educational experience. You will experience the Caribbean through traditional masquerade costumes, food, music, and local businesses. All this atop the Union Station Garage while taking in the Worcester skyline during sunset hours.
